Episode 925 (02:43)

Although their press event was cancelled by Hurricane Sandy, Google announced a price drop for the Nexus 7 Android tablet. The 16GB model now costs just $199, and the 32GB is now $249. That price drop makes the Nexus 7 extremely competitive against the $329 price of the iPad mini.

Google also announced Jelly Bean 4.1 and the Google Nexus 4 Android Phone, at $300. It's aimed directly at apps Developers because it runs Android 4.2 - a "new" flavor of Jelly Bean.
